This weekend sees the 3rd and final test matches between the various nations, with the majority of them being a dead rubber apart from Australia against Ireland.
Best Bet France (+25.5 at 8/10)
This bet makes sense in my head for a number of reasons. Going on last weeks performance you must remember France held a New Zealand side with 14 men for 60 odd minutes of the game to a points difference of only 13. This week they have made a few changes that I think will benefit them as well, particularly Wesley Fofana in the centres.
As good of a player as Damian McKenzie is, I’m not convinced he is a good enough fly half for international level. Fullback yes but not fly half.
Anyway, France have looked threatening throughout the series and surely they can’t get 3 red cards in a row!?
Value Bet (Ireland win 1-12) 17/10
We’ve seen the difference Sexton makes at 10 and I think Ireland now have the blueprint on how to beat the Aussies.
It’s going to be a ferocious contest and Ireland don’t really put teams away which explains our value bet of the weekend.
