Wallabies v All Blacks
Wallabies under Michael Cheika have had a cheiked past, pardon the pun, they have had good and bad runs, from being utterly hammered by the All Blacks last year in Bledisloe One, and later in 2017 they won Bledisloe three and got some amount of respect back.
The Wallabies finished the year not as great as they could have done, after beating Scotland in the return leg of their Sydney fiasco, the Wallabies then lost both games to England & Scotland by over twenty points a piece.
Michael Hooper should be playing, David Pocock is also a runner to play, the Aussies have just had a far sterner test than in the past and should be runners for this game, will they win, probably not, the All Blacks having only lost three games in some forty odd will prove be difficult to beat, we know that as punters.
Sydney at the eighty three thousand seater will be the venue and I am of the opinion that the Wallabies could come close, sure we have seen some big scores, I just do not see that happening, most of the All Blacks featured in the Super Rugby Final a few weeks ago and thanks to Warren Whiteley and his Lions teammates for giving them a hard game.
As mentioned in my Wallabies preview I felt that Michael Cheika having a strength v strength game with the Australian Super Rugby players out of the Wallabies squad was a great initiative and should go well to assist the Wallabies from getting beaten by too much.
With Izack Rodda and Tom Banks expected to start I reckon the Aussies have a little more than a sniff and I will have a go.
My play again steers clear of the nine to ten and have a go at a bit of value.
