It’s Punt O’clock
Although our best bet last week unfortunately let us down, you have to back yourself and look for value.
A profit was still made which is the important thing, sometimes it helps to look at in running bets if you have the facility. You have to roll with the punches in this game and it’s not always going to go your way.
One thing to look out for is total points. I have found a lot of value there, unfortunately these are usually only released Friday or Saturday by the bookies which is before the writing of this so just something to keep an eye out for.
Pumas (+16.5) 7/10
The Pumas take on the Bulls at Loftus. Both sides aren’t exactly playing ground breaking rugby. Weather will be dry.
The Pumas I believe are better than their last two results. They have a better side than the public perceive and I’m expecting a solid performance from them. They might even take it down to the wire.
Bath Outright 17/10
Although Harlequins are at home, they just don’t seem to click and perform as a team regardless of their financial resources and their big names. Last week they narrowly lost to Saints.
This week they face a very strong Bath side, with a dangerous backline.
Bath drew against a Gloucester side who I think will surprise many in the premiership this year.
On form I believe Bath have plenty fire power to upset Harlequins and the bookies.
