Springboks v Wallabies
Cheika is Still Employed?
Springboks v Wallabies, first time at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. Wallabies have played in Port Elizabeth before, in 1963. Michael Cheika is still employed. Cheika is under massive pressure, pressure does crazy things to different coaches.
Michael Cheika however is under so much pressure, I am of the opinion when the Aussies lose this one, he will have one week left. Next week they will lose again. This year will go down as the worst Rugby Championship for the Aussies of all time.
The Aussies do not have enough time to rectify their problems. Their problems run so deep, I do not reckon any coach can turn this around in two weeks. Rugby Australia have to make a decision and they have to make it soon.
World Cup Less than a Year Away
The World Cup is less than a year away. Australia, if they continue with Cheika will be lucky to get out of Pool D. Yes you read correctly and you may seem surprised, but at current form and with current management I have to believe they have no chance v Wales. Georgia and Fiji become runners too.
If you are an Australian and you are reading this, you must surely agree with me? How is this oke still employed? If this was the coach of the Boks he would have been bombed ages ago. England, Ireland hell even the All Blacks would have brassed this chap already.
It’s all About the Rubbish Aussies
This preview is all but 238 words long now and I have only rambled on about the Wallabies. At this point you are probably wondering why? Or for that matter when am I going to chat about the Boks? Well sadly this preview and my subsequent massive punt is all about the Rubbish Aussies.
The Bookies have for some reason left out a digit in the handicap. They have priced this game up as if they believe the Wallabies have a chance. I am going to tell you that there is no way on anyone’s green earth that this team of misfits sporting zero game plan and no ideas will have any chance.
You have no doubt heard the expression ‘They don’t have a snowballs chance in hell’ well that is about as accurate as the Australians chances in PE come this Saturday.
If you are wondering about having a punt here, there is only one team to back, the Springboks. The Boks will wipe the floor with this lot. This will be a bloodbath. In 2008 the Springboks won by 45pts. I am of the opinion that they will set a new record. That day at Ellis Park the Aussies only managed to get 8pts. On Saturday in PE I suspect eight would be a lot.
This game is SUPER MAX, this is borrow money stuff, and this is get on. If you’re only going to have one bet this year, this is the one. They might as well Put the Result in and Pay the Punters, because this one is Race Over.
South Africa have a Price?
For the life of me I cannot understand why there is a price on SA to win this game, with some books going as high as 4/10, it’s crazy, in fact some traders may be out of a job just like Cheika. This Australian team is so bad that I do not even care who shows up in a Bok jersey, the Boks will win this and they will win it comfortably.
